Fondazione Magnani-Rocca
Film direction and exhibition photography for one of Italy's most important private cultural foundations — produced with Kreativehouse.
In collaboration with Kreativehouse, I directed and edited a short film documenting the restoration of the Romantic Park at Fondazione Magnani-Rocca — a historic estate in Traversetolo that houses one of Italy's most significant private art collections. The brief asked for something that felt less like documentation and more like an act of witnessing: how do you film the return of life to a landscape?
Through composed close-ups, slow movements across the restored grounds, and a considered editorial rhythm, the film frames the restoration as a dialogue between nature, time, and human care. That beauty can be preserved with intention. The film was subsequently published and featured by Artribune.
The collaboration with Kreativehouse also extended to exhibition photography within the Foundation's gallery spaces — documenting artworks and installations for press use and institutional materials.
